Isle of Palms
With pristine beaches and broad expanses of salt water marsh, interlaced with tidal creeks, Isle of Palms is a vacation and second home paradise. Its proximity to Charleston also makes it an ideal primary home community.
As an early vacation spot in the 1800’s, Isle of Palms was only accessible by ferry. A bridge opened in 1929 and Isle of Palms began to be discovered by a wider audience. Isle of Palms County Park offers lifeguard protected beaches during the season.
The vibe of the community is relaxed, but refined. Fine dining stands side-by-side with casual eateries and fine hotels and inns compete with private rental homes and condos.
The biggest draw on isle of Palms is the Wild Dunes Resort. This world class resort offers beaches, pools, tennis, homes and hotels and 36 holes of Tom Fazio Golf. Isle of Palms, like Sullivans Island and Kiawah Island, is a high demand beach resort and real estate prices reflect that.
Let’s take a day at the beach as we show you and your family Isle of Palms.
