Charleston Metro Homes Real Estate is one of the area's leading full service real estate firms. Owned and managed by husband and wife realtor team Steve and Debbie Smith, the couple brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to their agents and clients.
Debbie joined the firm after 14 years of experience including 10 years with Carolina One Real Estate where she earned Realtor of Distinction, East Cooper Top Producer and other performance awards. Prior to moving to Charleston, she was a manager with Clayton Homes in Texas, North Carolina and South Carolina.
Steve owned Core One Properties, a top property management firm headquartered on Daniel Island which he started in 2005. Prior to starting his own business and moving to Charleston in 2004 he was a Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Fisher Scientific Corporation in Pittsburgh PA.
Our offices are located at 652 Coleman Blvd in Mt. Pleasant SC in the midst of the redevelopment of the Coleman Blvd. corridor and centrally located between the beaches, the islands and downtown Charleston.
